Everyone is entitled to be registered with a GP even if you do not have a permanent address.
If you are are trying to register with a GP you can use a care of address, such as a friend or relative, or the GP Practice itself.

Forth Valley Sexual Health Service
An NHS service providing FREE sexual health care in Forth Valley. We offer testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), free condom supplies, pregnancy tests, all forms of contraception and emergency contraception and general advice and support. Provides supervised consumption and dispensing of methadone and buprenorphine.
