CGL provide 1:1/Psycho-social interventions and wrap-around support to individuals who use drugs and alcohol:
Primary Care Workers will work across GP practices to provide:
CGL provide a community rehabilitation group work programme and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Harm Reduction is provided in all 3 CGL bases
IEP times are 12-2pm daily,
Community Alcohol and Drug Service (CADS)
The Substance Misuse Service is an area wide service based between Stirling and Falkirk Community Hospitals. There are outpatient clinics held in numerous venues throughout Forth Valley.
The service comprises of treatment services for people experiencing drugs and/or alcohol problems. The service adopts a multi-disciplinary approach with medical, nursing, psychological and allied professional input.

Forth Valley Substance Treatment Service (DTTO/CPO)
Provides an exclusive specialist assessment and treatment service for the Courts in the Forth Valley area either through a Drug Treatment and Testing Order, or through a Community Payback Order with a drug or alcohol treatment requirement.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (In person or by phone). Voicemail available out of hours.

Addiction Recovery Services (ARS)
To provide treatment services to individuals experiencing difficulties with substance misuse. The service aims to encourage and support recovery for these individuals.

General Practitioner Prescribing Service (GPPS)
Promotes & encourages General Practitioner (GP) involvement in the support and treatment of opiate dependency and provide support for this within Primary Care and provide support and training to GPs and Community Pharmacists. To provide movement towards a reduction of use.

Forth Valley Family Support Service
Provides information and support to individuals, family members and friends affected by someone else's alcohol or drug use. We aim to increase knowledge of addiction issues and help family members and friends cope better and influence positive change for themselves and loved ones.
