By substances we include all illegal drugs; alcohol; tobacco; solvents & gases, over-the-counter medicines and those prescribed that are commonly used inappropriately.

You can contact CGL yourself or someone else can do it for you, as long as they have your consent. This may be a family member or someone else you are working with. When you make the initial call, basic details will be taken about why you need support. You will then be offered an initial assessment appointment usually within the next five working days.
